Lime Scores
Different people have different ways of doing things. One person might like to leave comments everywhere and have conversations in posts. Another might like to send DMs. Someone else might like to take things offsite and into a chat elsewhere.
On the Strategy Page you can tell Lime how much weight you want to give each of these activities, and it will calculate your Lime Score.
Lime Score
A measure of how well you’re doing with your strategy
Lime Score - we (almost) universally agree that consistency is key to nurturing your network. So Lime helps you keep track of what you’re doing, to keep you on consistently building your network.
Up in the top right corner of the screen, there’s a little graph that shows your Lime Score in a graph for the last 28 days:
Yep, we know you can’t actually see the scores there, the point is you can see if you’re acting consistently or to your plan.
Across the top of the dashboard page are four more of these little graphs (they’re called sparklines, cute) for your comments, chats, DMs and profile views over time. The big numbers are your scores for today.
Citizen Scores
A measure of how well you are tending to your relationships.
In the search results page, you’ll see a tiny little progress bar that shows your citizen score.
Over time, the score decreases. You get it back up by interacting with that person.
Why?
Because just like in real life, when you don’t put effort into a relationship, it will slowly fade over time; and it’s easy to lose track of the state of your relationship when you have hundreds (out of thousands) of people to work with.
So your goal - keep those little bars as far to the right (and green) as you can!
How are the scores calculated?
Each primary action you take with a connection has a score associated with it. You set these scores on your Strategy Page - you choose how much weight you give to sending DMs, having chats, leaving comments or just viewing profiles.
Nurture Scores
Underneath the Search Interface, you’ll see something like this:
It shows the number of people in the search results, along with what percentage you’ve nurtured in the last 14 days. By nurtured - we mean you’ve sent a DM, had a chat or left comments on their stuff.
Your goal is to keep this score as high as you can for the segments of your network you’re looking at.
