Begin at the beginning.

How you use Lime is up to you. Here’s the basic concept:

1: Add your connections

You’ll use LinkedIn’s own tool to export your data, which you’ll then upload to Lime.

2: Work with segments of your network

You’ve probably got hundreds or thousands of connections. Nobody can work with all of them all the time, so you’ll use Lime to segment them into smaller, manageable groups using search tools and tags.

3: Record the actions you take with your network

By keeping a record of who you did what with - comments, DMs, chats, views - you’ll be able to see how well you’re engaging with your network over time.

What is Lime?

Lime is the natural way to nourish your network.

All those thousands of connections you've made over the years are a goldmine of knowledge, friendship, support and sales.

Lime is the tool to help you work them.

It's a good idea to start by understanding what lime is not:

Lime is not:

  • Sales Navigator
  • A way to spam people
  • A mass-anything tool
  • Anything to do with vanity metrics

Lime will never be:

  • Any of the above
  • A danger to your social account

The Lime way is about taking care of your connections, being a good citizen to your network, small batches, focus, accuracy, targeting.

If you want a tool that lets you send thousands of messages, connect to hundreds of people you don't care about, pump up your metrics or post badly written AI stuff - you might be disappointed.

We want to build the best tools to help you get the best out of your hard earned connections.

Lime Goals

  • Get people from your LinkedIn network into your sales pipeline
  • Deepen relationships with people in your current network
  • Create new, valuable connections and actually do something with them
  • See more of the content you care about, from the people you care about
  • Measure soft social metrics, like interactions and conversations
  • Keep track of the people in your network - easily label, find and sort through them
  • Keep people you care about in your network - without allowing the algorithm to take their content away from you
